Since 1974 our client has been in the business of crafting amazing food for all types of catering needs and events - large or small.
Position:
Our clientis looking for an assertive, experienced food operator who has the skills to contribute within this catering industry leading company, and has the drive to move up in their career.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of managing a kitchen including systems, menu procedures, inventory, labor, and food costs.
We are looking for an energetic leader who can make a positive impact when it comes to taking care of our customers and, just as importantly, taking care of our staff.
Skills needed include, leading by example, planning, systematic execution, directing, as well as the ability to be developed.
A solid working knowledge of technology is necessary as well.
Relationship building with our clients and working in tandem with our sales staff is a prerequisite for success.
Schedule:
AGMs work a Monday-Friday schedule that includes the flexibility of evenings and weekends off!It IS an early morning position, depending on level of business - scheduled shifts will start usually between 4-5am, but by 2-3pm the day is finished.
The average number of work hours in a week will be between 50-55.
