Learning & Development Facilitator
Schneider is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join our thriving team! You will effectively develop and facilitate programs, services and resources that support success, retention, and individualized support throughout the curriculum/learning plan.
Responsibilities include analyzing needs, designing, and developing curriculum, and facilitating training.
Learner-centered coaching and feedback are central to this role.
About the role:
Facilitates training to various sized audiences effectively in a classroom or via live web training.
Conducts needs analysis, design, develop, and update curriculum in support of business objectives.
Observe end to end process through sit in's and provide learner evaluations.
Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
Preferred areas of study include Education and Business, Learning and Development certification desired.
Three plus years work experience in a professional environment with a minimum of two years functional/operational expertise.
Have strong written and oral communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities.
