DescriptionJob SummaryThe Head of MoneyGram for Business will have a critical role in the continued digital transformation of the storied MoneyGram brand.
This individual will lead the effort to build the digital B2B business for MoneyGram, consisting of API-enabled Digital agent relationships and B2C disbursement relationships that leverage MoneyGram's unparalleled global network and reach across 190
countries.
This role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and will have a commercial team focused on signing new partnerships and expanding existing B2B relationships.
This role also has dotted line responsibility to direct the product roadmap for the B2B business and B2B marketing.
This role has true P&L responsibility, with a key focus on revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be a proven commercial leader, capable of driving an enterprise B2B pipeline, and will be equally comfortable working closely with Product and Marketing colleagues.
The successful candidate will come with an established network in Fintech and Payments that will support their efforts form Day 1.

Primary Responsibilities Primary responsibility for growing revenue in the B2B businessoManaging the pipeline of B2B opportunitiesoSourcing new opportunitiesoNegotiating and closing new agreements Managing and growing existing partnershipsoDeveloping and leading the account management function for the B2B businessoDeveloping partnership plans for each major partnership, laying out our near-term and long term objectives and managing the relationships at a senior level to accomplish our goals Working with the B2B Product lead to define the B2B roadmapoSoliciting feedback from existing partners and prospects to help drive investment decisions Working with the Marketing lead to drive lead generation activities to build the pipeline of B2B opportunities.
Coordinating with Legal on contract management and negotiations, and obtaining Executive Leadership Team (ELT) approval on new business agreements.
QualificationsEducation:
Minimum Required:
BA/BS degree or combination of experience with certifications, MBA or JD a plus
Experience:
7
years' experience in commercial B2B roles with successively more responsibility Experience in the payments and fintech sector Experience with API-enabled solutions for B2B enterprise customers Essential Skills:
Strong commercial skills (Ability to manage a pipeline, forecast and close sales) Negotiation skills Strong Payments and Fintech network Understanding of enterprise software and API solutions Familiarity with B2B marketing tactics and lead generation Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organization.
Strong budgeting and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to create, communicate, implement, and manage an effective business strategy.
Demonstrated problem solver and creative thinking.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to gather and synthesize critical information.
Anticipated Base Pay:
$225,000 - $275,000 (Performance Bonus Target and Bonus incentives are also available for this role)Day 1 Benefits to include:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
