Full TimeCooper Aerobics, the leader in health and wellness since 1970, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
This position is responsible for expanding Cooper's digital footprint and increasing Cooper's profile.
The Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall social media/digital marketing for all Cooper entities, products, and services.

Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUtilizes digital technologies to identify target customers, set clear objectives, and build effective content strategies to engage the audience, increase traffic, and boost conversions and sales for the organization.
Builds, plans, implements and manages the overall social media/digital marketing strategy for organization and its associated entities to drive leads, appointments, donors, and sales.
Tracks SEO and Google Analytics data to render complex analyses.
Obtains market share by developing paid and organic social media plans and digital marketing programs for each product and by direction promotional support.
Maintains social media and digital marketing reporting capabilities and ability to connect same with KPIS and ROI's with overall marketing and business objectives.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
RequirementsThe ideal Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager should possess the following:
In depth knowledge of different social and digital marketing channels.
Sound knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools (e.
g.
, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.
).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Agency experience or experience working with a brand with multiple accounts/business entities.
