The Associate Flight Operations (Flight Ops) Training Program Manager supports our Purpose by overseeing the initial training program for Pilots to ensure milestones are met.
This role will tra ck and manage projects as well as provide guidance to instructional designers.
The Associate Flight Ops Training Program Manager is organized and a skilled communicator who looks forward to develo ping this new training program.

Job Summary The Assoc FO Training Program Manager for Training Production fosters cross departmental communication, promotes the program(s) throughout the organization, and tracks utilization.
Documents, supports the development of, and refines FO Training & Standards (FOTS) processes while keeping a low-cost mentality.
Responsibilities Document and refine Training Production processes Execute Training Production project record keeping Develop and continuously improve FOTS processes Collaborate with Project Lead/Production Development Team (PDT) to establish project timelines and mile markers Collaborate with Project Lead/PDT to track and monitor projects tasks Partner with Pilot SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to communicate and document Simulation requests Identify and communicate high-level risk items Coordinate between internal groups on project implementation Define project scope while involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Manage relationships with all stakeholders throughout project life cycles Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customer base Bridge communication across FOTS Document completed training projects (including those not requiring a project manager) and captures lessons learned Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives Establishes and maintains change process for deliverables May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Skilled in managing large- and small-scale projects Skilled in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to effectively identify, manage, initiate, and influence change Ability to direct and organize program activities Ability to facilitate meetings, working sessions and/or interviews Ability to works well independently and as a member of a Team Skilled in task prioritization to meet department objectives and goals Ability to identify project risks and communicate risks to team and Leaders Ability to communicate in a flexible and effective manner Ability to work with limited supervision and/or direction Ability to learn new computer applications, processes, and produce information quickly Skilled in organization and attention to detail Preferred:
Project Management experi ence Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED Experience Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
Curriculum Design/Development Leading cross functional projects Adult learning principles and methodologies that can be applied to practical application Licensing/Certification N/A Physical Abilities Ability to move various multi-media and computer equipment up to 35 pounds from one location to another Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed Other Qualifications Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Must be a U.

Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $72,800 per year to $80,900 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
