00 pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Models a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, patients and co-workers Schedule lunch appointments, meetings, dining reservations Organize and prioritize large volumes of phone calls, voice and postal mail, and determine levels of priority Sort and distribute mail, draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary, respond to regularly occurring requests for information, and take messages and field/answer all routine and non-routine questions Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff Answer phones within 3 rings, take messages and/or direct calls to appropriate party Greet and direct visitors (i.
e.
family members, vendors, prospective residents, volunteers) Both sitting behind desk and frequent walking movement is required daily Assist residents with various needs (activity sign-ups, internet searches, along with other resident/resident family requests) Routine clerical duties; along with preparing outgoing mail (i.
e.
first class, return receipt, UPS, etc) Schedule guest suites and notify appropriate departments of resident items, fill out all paperwork for bill-outs Schedule residents appointments in accordance with established drive schedule/routine Report to the Department Director all unusual situations, keeping her/him informed on problems, accidents or special needs arising from communications at front desk Maintain front office fax machine/copier machine; make sure all supplies are at appropriate stock levels Distribute faxes to appropriate person in a timely manner Other duties as assigned by Department Director
Qualifications:
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED 2 years experience on PBX or multi-line telephone systems Prefer front office experience, specifically interaction with customers Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office programs and any other applicable systems Ability to handle heavy phones, work calculator, intercom system, two-way radios, fax machine and copier machine Ability to comply with organizational and departmental safety policies and procedures Ability to perform work tasks within the Physical Demand Requirements Genuine caring for and interest in the care of mature adults, persons with disabilities and hospice patients Ability to comply with the Resident Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Recommended Skills Communication Confidentiality Fax Friendliness Front Office Hospice Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
