Clinical Manager - Cardiac ICU
Job DescriptionAbout the JobThe Clinical Manager joins two other Clinical Managers leading clinical operations and programming for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
This position will be primarily scheduled on evening shift.
This individual will lead a dedicated team of highly trained Critical Care staff and team leads whom provide care to an acute patient population within the Heart Center Service-Line.
Some Highlighted Responsibilities Lead programming of evidenced-based care provided in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
Partner with Clinical Managers, Intensivists, cardiologists and surgeons to support measurement-based care and coordination of care within the Heart Center Guide data driven care through the oversite of data utilization and clinical application of outcome measures Manage staffing, quality, research, productivity, and budget for respective service areas.
Evaluate and enhance efficiency in processes in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
