multi-tower programs.
Program Governance oEstablishes executes and oversees program governance i.
e.
stakeholder management communication ceremonies benefits management change management scope management etc.
oLead/supervise multiple projects also performs project management activities such as planning sizing configuration resources and scheduling.
oConceptualize and develop resolutions to complex market challenges and customer use cases that require the use of creativity.
oEstablishes executes and oversees delivery estimation and planning team resources and timelines.
Required
Qualifications:
o13
years of demonstrated full-lifecycle ownership of product development with cross team and cross discipline execution either directly or as an organizational leader.
oAbility to conceptualize new innovative applications/services and justify design build and/or buy decisions using solid ROI analysis.
oKnowledge of business objectives and be creative enough to help define what we build with demonstrated experience leading developer facing product efforts.
oHolds patents or has published industry papers/documents/literature.
oExperience working on and/or strong knowledge of multi-cloud networking multi-cloud application orchestration hybrid cloud and distributed cloud environment management networking Net Ops.
oKnowledge of Telecom products and technologies across industry and how they may strategically align with projects.
oKnowledge of networking services offered by large public cloud providers.

Direct Connect, VPC Networks, Transit Gateway, Load Balancing, Express Route, API Gateway etc.
oCommunication skills to manage the large degree of external interaction with customers and partners the role needs.
oDelivering quickly and collaboratively and take ownership and is accountable for quality of all deliverables.
oAbility to make decisions that impact projects and staff members and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
