If you have three to five years of defense litigation experience in personal injury, employment law or insurance defense and are seeking stable, employment with a hybrid work schedule, we would like to talk to you.

Responsibilities include:
Order, review and summarize employment and medical records (medical background is not necessary but previous experience in the area is required) Draft discovery responses, notices, basic motions, orders, and settlement agreements Schedule depositions, mediations, meetings, and inspections Calendar discovery deadlines, depositions, hearings, and other events Coordinate with records services to obtain employment, medical, billing, workers' compensation, and insurance records Prepare open records requests Interact capably with clients and legal professionals Attend selected depositions and meetings with clients, witnesses, and other counsel State and federal e-filing Electronic file management of large, document-intensive cases Ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with a positive attitude and a good work ethic who demonstrates maturity and good decision-making skills.
Candidate should be organized, personable, helpful, and enjoy working in the legal field.
