Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes with the United States Army.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data entry in HR systems such as Kronos, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, Paylocity, Ceridian, and SAP - Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork - Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes - Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Assist with employee relations issues and investigations - Conduct new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide general administrative support to the HR department Job Types:
