Responsibilities:
o Manage some amounts of incoming phone calls o Generate sales leads o Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools o Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Skills Required:
o Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative o Track record of over-achieving quota o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening o Familiarity with CRM systems and practices o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters o Excellent communication and presentation skills o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Recommended Skills Active Listening Attentive Clerical Works Customer Service Effective Customer Support Upholding Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
