Responsibilities:
Instructional Duties:
o Instruct assigned classes effectively in various educational settings.
o Prepare lesson plans and course materials as required.
o Assess students objectively for academic performance.
o Organize and present subject matter effectively.
o Utilize instructional plans provided and supplement approved student materials.
o Ensure security of assessment tools and confidential documentation.
o Utilize and monitor learning management systems.
o Ensure classes are conducted for the required length of time.
Student Interaction:
o Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
o Be a role model for professionalism and conduct.
o Provide regular and constructive feedback to students.
o Proactively inform Program Director of any student concerns.
o Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance.
o Enforce campus policies and refer students when necessary.
Related Duties, Outside the Classroom:
o Stay informed of current instructional standards.
o Participate in faculty and professional development activities.
o Attend workshops, seminars, and meetings as required.
o Assist with graduation preparations and ceremonies.
o Participate in campus activities and assist with supply management.
o Maintain classrooms and equipment.
o Foster a positive campus culture.

Qualifications Your
Qualifications:
o Minimum of an associate degree in surgical technology.
o Hold credentials in surgical technology through a nationally accredited program, certified by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
o Minimum of four years of clinical experience in surgical technology, with at least two years in the operating room scrub role within the last five years.
