Baresque, a leading name in interior solutions, is seeking a Culture and Office Coordinator to join our team in Farmers Branch, Texas.
As a crucial part of our organization, you'll report directly to the People and Culture Manager and the General Manager of Operations Manager US and play an integral role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
P&C Undertaking of general administrative tasks to ensure the effective operation of the People and Culture function.
Assist with updating HR policy and procedure documentation.
Assist with building effective working relationships with internal staff to understand business needs.
Assist with coordinating the onboarding process, scheduling global inductions, and assist in the continuous development of onboarding materials and resources.
Coordinate and maintain employees training and development programs and schedules.
Office Management Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
Event Planning and Management for internal conferences, training, and company functions.
Manage office supplies, place orders, and keep track of inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Provide assistance to staff members as needed, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between departments.
Skills and Quals Bachelor's degree preferred; additional education or training is a plus.
Proven experience in a human resource and administrative support or a related role.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
