VPRET02375 Showing 1 location Job Details Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Oversee all strategic planning and procedures related to operations within assigned channel(s) Manage staff by communicating and directing job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures Recruit, select, orientate, and train employees; evaluate and address staff productivity and performance; and develop personal growth opportunities for team members Proactively identify areas of operational risk and work with managers and other business leaders to implement processes and controls to mitigate issues Oversee policies and procedures for assigned areas and implement industry best practices Analyze staff productivity and outputs to ensure metrics appropriately drive and measure staff performance, identify trends, and implement changes Create goals and plans for assigned functions to ensure teams are working towards reaching optimal production within desired deadlines Partner with executive management to define FGMCs long-term operational strategies and goals within assigned channel(s) and implement methods and processes to achieve goals Collaborate with other departments and leaders to ensure alignment and achievement of Company goals Maintain knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices Attend industry conferences and events and build relationships with industry leaders to strengthen the FGMC brand and maintain an ongoing awareness nationwide of our culture, products, and other offerings Maintain ability to travel as needed Perform other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers and build strong relationships Excellent presentations skills Strong ability to manage, motivate, inspire, and support staff while effectively communicating FGMCs business policies and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to anticipate and avert problems and offer solutions Ability to effectively define, organize, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects and tasks to meet established deadlines REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 12
years of related mortgage-industry experience within desired channel(s) 5
years of management-level experience across various functional areas NMLS license or ability to obtain license within 90 days of employment (if within Retail channel) Broad-based knowledge of the mortgage industry, including highly advanced knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations (RESPA, REG B, HMDA, FHA, VA, Conventional, and other products offered) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in all channels and products PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The following physical requirements must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
