The Associate Customer Success Consultant invests in our Purpose by aligning customized offers with Customer needs and priorities to increase Business Traveler engagement and drive incremental revenue with our Corporate Accounts.
This role works in partnership with the Field Sales Team to co-create, execute, and manage contract implementations and long-term business traveler engagement strategies in an effort to maintain and grow revenue with an assigned portfolio of accounts.
The Associate Customer Success Consultant is a skilled communicator and strategic thinker who looks forward to building relationships with Customers and working cross functionally in a dynamic environment.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work at a Company facility at least three days a week.
The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.
This role will require up to 40% travel, which includes 2
trips per month with the potential of 1-2 overnights per trip; some day trips.

Responsibilities Communicate effectively with Customers; delivering insights, opportunities, and recommending short/long term account level engagement campaigns Partner effectively with Account Managers, Sales Analytics and Leadership to deliver revenue generating account engagement strategies and tactics Develop relationships externally with key travel decision makers and influencers to ensure fluid communication with intent to drive revenue Partner with Sales Operations to execute programs, playbooks, campaigns, and new collateral Play an active role in the sales cycle; specifically during qualifying, implementing, negotiating, and managing performance stages Co-create and deliver contractual implementation strategies Identify success metrics and define compelling engagement initiatives that drive growth and are strategically aligned to Travel Program priorities Keep informed on industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, and relevant information Demonstrate confidence in presenting internally and externally to various levels of Leadership May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of Southwest Airlines business traveler products and services, to include Loyalty Program, Fare Products, etc.
Knowledge of the principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services including strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify opportunities, alternative solutions or conclusions to problems through problem solving and critical thinking Skilled in building meaningful long term, mutually beneficial relationships with Travel Managers within assigned Territory Skilled in planning and organizational skills Ability to follow through with assigned action items Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others Ability to derive creative ideas or alternate ways to engage and drive incremental revenue through data insights Ability to organize competing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment Ability to work cross-functionally with the Field Sales Team, other internal Southwest partners, and various levels of Leadership within Companies Ability to successfully work independently as well as in a Team environment Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED Experience Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
Customer Success Management, Sales and/or Marketing Licensing/Certification N/A Physical Abilities Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job Other Qualifications Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Must be a U.

Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $69,400 per year to $77,100 per year depending on qualifications and experience .
For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
