Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Resource Allocation Coordinator National Accounts to join our TEAM.
As the Resource Allocation Coordinator National Accounts, we need someone ready to support the National Accounts team.
The Resource Allocation Coordinator National Accounts will need to support the Sales Operations team, including the NAMs and Coordinators to ensure product availability and balancing of inventory.
This position will effectively minimize layers of complexity and contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline sales, inventory planning, and customer-facing activity.
Primary Objective The Resource Allocation Coordinator National Accounts is responsible for supporting multiple account projects between the National Account Managers/Coordinators, other corporate divisions, and customers to ensure orders are received, processed, and shipped.
This role will coordinate all necessary resources and allocation/deallocation requests to ensure timely delivery of requests, orders, and customer satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact and as an internal process expert for the operations team, coordinators, sales representatives, and customers.
Primary Function and Scope Support contact for national account clients to create allocation/deallocations for day-to-day service and support (order entry, stock checks, modified orders, and general questions).
Proactively monitor and assess inventory/reports for program and process improvement opportunities.
Cross-functional collaboration with various Dal-Tile departments to resolve issues and support clients' needs with forecasting, inventory, and planning.
Support national account sales team by communicating inventory and availability account specifications to Sales Service Centers and Sales Operations.
Ensure demand scope falls in line with account expectations and inform the Sr.
Project Coordinator and Operations Manager of any noticeable changes that would affect customer accounts.
Track and monitor construction schedules through project completion.
Support assigned system 360 national account order forms, as needed.
Through visibility of items, communicate potential project delays and recommend issue resolutions to keep the project on track with all functional groups with the movement of product.
Guarantee the efficient and accurate processing and completion of allocation and deallocation procedures to enhance the timely fulfillment of orders.
Ability to troubleshoot, and address escalations which results in resolving customer complaints.
Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, SAP, Share Drive Leverages best practices, communication (verbal and written) problem solving and coaching skills to help drive customer satisfaction.
Experience and Knowledge Required Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent training and experience that provides a working knowledge of the regulations, practices, and procedures concerned with the operations of National Accounts.
Proficient in MS Office Applications Experienced in SAP required Preferred 5 or more years of related experience in the operation of a Sales/Service Center in the tile industry or the durable consumer products industry.
Competencies High degree of skill and ability to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Ability to analyze data and apply results effectively.
Training/facilitator skills and strong project management skills and abilities.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills are a must.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with customer service orientation, problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task.
Requires the ability to develop new program procedure recommendations to align with evolving National Account customer demands.
