Dallas Rates- $60-$65/hr C2C The OSS Tech Lead will play a crucial role in our OSS Transformation Program, leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of OSS transformation projects, providing expertise in OSS solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
This position will be based onsite and will require close coordination with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead the technical aspects of OSS Transformation projects using the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that deliverables meet project objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with Solution Architects and other team members to design and implement ServiceNow solutions for OSS transformation in alignment with client requirements.
Team Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to the technical team, ensuring effective collaboration, task allocation, and mentoring.
Client Engagement:
Engage with client stakeholders to understand their OSS requirements, provide technical insights, and build strong relationships to drive project success.
Technical Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices in OSS, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the OSS transformation solutions meet high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and address technical challenges, troubleshooting issues, and driving resolutions in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive process improvements and contribute to the evolution of our OSS transformation methodologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSS technology, with at least 2 years of ServiceNow experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
Proven experience in OSS transformation projects, preferably in the telecom industry.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work independently.
Willingness to travel as required for client engagement.
