com RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Nickson's housekeeping professionals use a variety of cleaning methods, tools, and supplies to provide attentive, exceptional service for our customers and within our warehouse.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
Residential housekeeping - housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing Nickson resident's apartments.
This includes but is not limited to vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, sanitizing counters and other surfaces, cleaning appliances, and more.
Warehouse housekeeping - housekeepers are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of Nickson facilities which requires cleaning warehouse, office, and bathroom spaces, in addition to taking out the trash and replenishing consumables throughout our facility Inventory reconditioning - housekeepers will use a commercial washer, dryer, iron, and dishwasher to clean and organize laundry and housewares inventory items.
Also, from time to time, Nickson housekeepers will assist our quality control team to help wipe down, vacuum, and sanitize furniture, d cor, and housewares inventory items Communication - housekeepers must effectively communicate and interact with both internal team members, office staff, and clients daily Attention to detail - organization, dependability, and good time management skills are essential for this role, as housekeepers will be working autonomously to complete their duties accurately and in a timely manner Team player:
housekeepers may be asked to perform additional tasks to ensure daily operations are completed.
While most tasks will be performed alone, housekeepers should also be able to operate well in a team environment Operating company vehicles - housekeepers must legally and safely operate Nickson vehicles when driving to and from customer's units Safety skills - housekeepers need some knowledge of safety protocols and best practices to help ensure an accident-free workplace Stamina and resilience - this role can involve standing, moving, and lifting heavy elements throughout the day, so housekeepers need high energy and endurance REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidates will have:

years of professional cleaning experience Proficiency with common cleaning tools Ability to read, write, and follow detailed written or oral instructions Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently with or without reasonable accommodation Must be a team player and treat coworkers with respect Willingness to uphold company standards for safety, tenant service, and efficiency Basic proficiency with a tablet or wireless phone to access inventory and scheduling applications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Required:
Must have valid Texas driver's license Must be eligible to work in the United States Job Type:
