1.
Follow standardized procedures to resolve errors in client data 2.
Solicit files from clients and review formats based on software company protocols 3.
Learn and use Columbia Ultimate Business Systems Collection software 4.
Assist with user evaluations of defect requests 5.
Inform management staff when system, software, and process related issues occur 6.
Identify and resolve client data issues through communication with Sr Project Manager 7.
Assist with coordinating client mailings 8.
Assist in the resolution of complex client issues 9.
Other duties as assigned Work Environment:
Fast-paced:
same-day deadlines.
Sedentary work in an open workspace; possible noise distractions as other departments handle their responsibilities.
The employee must be able to see a computer screen, sit long hours, maintain focus & attention to detail during routine, repetitive tasks, type on a keyboard with accuracy, work independently within a team.
Job
Experience:

Two years experience as Data Analyst or equivalent experience 2.
Microsoft Office Suite expertise 3.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
