As the Maintenance Superintendent, your main focus will be to Increase machine uptime & productivity by implementing & improving the predictive maintenance activities Assist & supervise the repair of mechanical and electrical functions Manage the maintenance team and planning schedules Provide support and develop relationships with other departments.
Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Superintendent position:
At least 5 years' experience in supervising a maintenance team in an industrial setting.
Documented experience using reliability programs Knowledgeable about Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills Must have strong OSHA regulations and Safety procedures knowledge.
