Qualifications:

Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating PI planning events or similar large-scale planning activities.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
