STRAND is looking for a HR Assistant to join our Dallas, TX office.
STRAND is a growing company with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders.
Tasks to include but are not limited to:
HR support functions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, compensation, enforcing company policies, WC audit and any other duties necessary Assist with payroll functions including employee changes, bi-weekly payroll, journals tied to payroll, tax forms, special payrolls, and garnishments for 300
employees.
Help support and track employee benefits and retirement programs including 401k audit, benefit open enrollment and new hire enrollments Assist with benefits billing reconciliation Support Recruitment/Hiring Efforts Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

years' HR support Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Time management and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Amenities:

Our office building is a free-standing building with open parking, fitness room, break area and patio.
