Each morning, we provide all the tools you'll need for the day:
a van, a device to log your packages, a dispatcher to assist you as necessary, and the packages themselves! (You must be 21 years old) SAFETY, ATTENDANCE and HIGH PERFORMANCE are key! Load and sort packages efficiently and effectively.
Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Use handheld device for routing information and customer delivery.
Navigate through the use of GPS.
Safely operate a company cargo van to deliver between 200 and 400 packages daily.
Ability to enter and exit your vehicle 100-350 times throughout your shift.
Ability to walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.
Ability to be on your feet walking and standing for long periods of time.
Ability to SMILE, be pleasant, and treat all customers with the utmost respect Able to work in inclement weather conditions such as rain, snow, and heat.
Able to succeed in hitting or exceeding scorecard goals with minimal supervision.
