Position Overview:
The HR Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the HR department, assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and policy enforcement.

Assist in ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, scheduling, and communicating with candidates.
Assist in organizing paperwork and schedules for new-hire onboarding, collaborating with different departments for a seamless onboarding experience.
Manage administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in HRIS and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide support in addressing employee queries, including absence, health issues, grievances, and organizational changes.
Maintains digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
Support the HR Business Partner and leadership team in implementing organization-wide initiatives aimed at retaining personnel and revitalizing the organizational culture.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field (preferred).

years of experience in an HR-related role.
Demonstrated experience or familiarity with HR procedures and policies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems (or the ability to quickly learn these systems).
Detail-oriented with a resourceful mindset.
Basic knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
