Job Description:
Influencer Assistant Alex Malek is Dallas-based influencer who shares fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content.
Her primary platform is Instagram:
@alexvmalek We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our team, assisting Alex in day-to-day activities while ensuring smooth operations.
This hybrid position will require both working from home or on-site, depending on the day.
The candidate will collaborate closely with Alex, managing schedules and assisting with a variety of personal and work-related tasks.
Your primary responsibility will be to support Alex in all aspects of their daily life, including managing their schedule and brand partnerships.
One of the key qualities we are looking for in a candidate is strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail is also essential in this role, as you will be handling emails and correspondence with brand partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize Alex's personal and work schedule, including appointments, photoshoots, and content calendar.
Manage and organize Alex's email inbox, manage campaign deadlines and assist in content batching days.
Assist with Instagram and Tiktok content creation, including brainstorming ideas, drafting captions, and editing videos Assist with photoshoots and video shoots.
Assist with brand collaborations, draft pitch emails to brands and follow up with brands Awareness and communication of all relevant sales, trends, etc.
Creation of original, brand-specific collages/ templates in Canva and LTK.
Bring a fresh perspective and original ideas to the table Constantly experiment and remain adaptable to weekly/monthly trends Research industry trends, competitors, and potential brand partnerships Assist with Instagram and Tiktok content creation, including brainstorming ideas, drafting captions, and editing videos Prioritize and manage daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Run errands and assist with personal tasks for the executives as needed Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of fashion and social media trends.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LTK, Wordpress etc.
) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.
).
Must be a self-starter, able to take action to get the job/task done and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, design and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility with time and schedule out-of-office hours.
Extensive knowledge of networking platforms in the influencer space Basic iPhone video/photography editing skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, LTK/LiketoKnowit Experience working in a complex, fast-paced organization is strongly preferred Local to Dallas, TX.
