$90,000 - 110,000 / yearly Silverado seeks an Employee Relations, People Partner based in Texas with the ability to travel 25% of the time to support operations in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Austin.
Reporting to the Sr.
Director of Human Resources, this role ensures alignment and optimization of associates, processes, programs, and policies with company goals.

What you will be doing:
Understands Silverado service line goals, interconnecting with administrative support, business functions, and practices Partners with operations for coaching on employee matters, including performance management, investigations, compensation, hiring, and organizational structure Develops an understanding of each service line's operations, future business direction, linking HR strategy with business goals Advises on HR policies, recommends actions, researches best practices, and communicates policy changes Provides timely reports on workforce data, recommending strategies for improvement Offers employee relations counseling, coaches leadership and associates, and guides through performance management processes Collaborates with Home Office directors for training and development programming Manages employment-related concerns, conducts investigations, and oversees leave management for assigned locations Prepares job descriptions, assists in job evaluations, and facilitates the annual performance evaluation process Partners with Recruitment and Benefits for policy implementation and interpretation Conducts service line assessments for workforce planning, implementing changes to support business goals Recommends and implements process improvements, focusing on people and cost impacts of change initiatives Understands and advises on the impact of programs/policies across locations Knows local labor law requirements for recruiting, employee relations, and performance management in all region locations Other job-related duties as required The non-negotiables:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred HRCI or SHRM certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification Minimum 5 years of HR generalist/consulting experience; manager-level experience required Strong knowledge of change management and project management Thorough knowledge of U.
S.
and Texas labor laws Understanding of employee relations, performance management, leave management, and recruitment Working knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, training, and development Proficiency in software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS Essential Capabilities:
Ability to communicate HR implications and influence decisions Prioritization and effective communication with HR leadership and team Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across service lines Proactive self-starter with a holistic understanding of details Flexibility to respond to shifting demands and opportunities, working under tight deadlines Ability to plan, organize, manage related activities, and work in a multi-site environment Travel up to 25% of the time We are looking for someone who:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
