Your role will involve ensuring the design, implementation, and scaling of our Salesforce solutions and development processes meet the growing and changing needs of our business.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions, adhering to best practices, both independently and as part of a team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and offer technical advice.
Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities and integrate them appropriately.
Lead technical design sessions, creating and documenting solutions that align with business goals.
Focus on scalability, maintainability, and adaptability in all Salesforce implementations.
Provide technical support for Salesforce, resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce, specifically in designing scalable and adaptable solutions for large enterprises.
Salesforce Administrator and Architect certifications are highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and development tools.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading discussions with both IT and business stakeholders.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with various business systems (e.
g.
, SAP).
Solid understanding of CI/CD/DevOps development methodologies and practices.
