Workday HCM Business systems Analyst ( Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

This role is with a direct financial client and is HYbrid 3 days a week in one of the 2 locations Lone Tree TX or Denver COHR Systems Business Analyst Position is part of the HR Product Management organization.
You will utilize your Workday HCM technical knowledge and business systems analysis experience to assess HR business needs against technology capabilities to define future state solutions.
Assess existing Workday functionality and capabilities against business requirements.
Complete gap analysis to identify gaps in existing solutions and partner with technology to make recommendations.
Partner closely with HR business leaders and stakeholder to define business needs and system requirements.
Lead discovery and requirements sessions.
Partner with product owners to prioritize requirements as part of an agile team.
Document functional requirementsCoordinate development, testing, and implementation of solutions with development teams.
Plan testing activitiesRequired Skills:
Workday HCM experience requiredWorkday security knowledge requiredDemonstrated business analysis experience, with a focus on technology projects and enhancements.
