Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Lead the identification, documentation, and analysis of business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other elicitation techniques.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and comprehensive requirements.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives by providing valuable insights, data analysis, and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business analysis efforts with overall organizational goals.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and enhance existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Implement best practices and industry standards in business analysis methodologies.
Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives and requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
