DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

o Collaborate with operations and cross functional groups for the development and implementation of new technologies and best practices to improve infrastructure quality, capacity, and efficiency.
o Enforce and update maintenance standards.

Working with the Operations Standards Program Manager (OSPM) and Operations Coordinator, the Sr Operations Training Manager will manage revisions and training on ADC Runbooks to Operations to ensure standardized operations across all markets.
o Assess Operations teams through AMMO audits.
o Identify Operational processes that can be improved upon across all markets.
o Work with internal operations management, teams, and contractors to help resolve complex technical issues that affect Aligned' s data center infrastructure.
o Support Incident Management, as incident coordinator, and or technical response team.
Electrical, Mechanical, fire life safety.
o Collaborate with the Director of Operational Risk.
o CX Requirement testingo Drive process improvement and share lessons learned across the organization.
o AMMO audit review and establish action plans(expectations) o Assist operations in ensuring data centers are in compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agencies and aligned' s directives as relates to building and critical environment operations.
o Operational, Risk, and Technical Roles may also apply, as necessary.
Qualifications:
o 5-10 Years as a Facility manager or higher working for a Data Center provider with Operating experience.
o Bachelor's degree preferred with 10 years' experience or minimum of 12-15 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
o Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
o Ability to project and time manage effectively.
o Ability to develop operational standards, project tracking, and management documents.
o Ability to effectively respond, verbally or written, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints.
o Ability to make effective presentations and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
o The candidate must also demonstrate experience in content creation, maintenance of training processes, and the successful development of ongoing training and development programs.
o Requires in-depth knowledge of all applicable rules, laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances in performing data/communications and MEP projects.
o Ability to estimate cost of client installations and other assigned projects.
Cost tracking for all projects.
o Knowledge of Purchase Order Requests process and invoice tracking.
o Develops appropriate RFP processes in addition to development of operating and capital budgets.
o Ability to analyze and solve problems involving several options with limited information.
o Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form and to work independently.
o Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach to unusual occurrences.
o Requires good organizational skills, attention to detail and an openness to new ideas and procedures.
