years of experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento, Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner Certification preferredo Experience writing User Stories and Use Cases to document requirementso Experience with Agile/Scrum, Certified Product Owner/Scrum Master preferredo Solid understanding of organizations business strategyo Great analytical and problem-solving skillso Passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale, attention to details, and ability to multitask and meet deadlineso Strong communication and conflict resolution skillso Strong presentation and leadership skillso Strong mentoring skills, ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levelso BS Degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
