Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's long-term goals and objectivesAnalyze business trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutionsBusiness Partnership:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with managers and leaders across various business unitsAct as a trusted advisor, understanding their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagementTalent:
Work closely with managers and leaders to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and, in partnership with Talent Acquisition partners, facilitate the talent selection processProvide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and performance management initiativesEmployee Relations:
Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations mattersManage, investigate and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulationsProactively identify potential employee relations risks and develop strategies to mitigate themChange Management:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and support change management initiatives within the organizationPartner with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and support for employeesCompensation and
