Data Privacy Analyst


Responsibilities:
Be part of the privacy technology team.
Work closely with data privacy office, data application teams and product owners to design, implement and support data privacy, governance and analytics solutions for better regulatory compliance and technology risk management.
Analyze data from Cybersecurity discovery, Privacy and Governance scans/tools to identify& document, respond and escalate potential Privacy harms and incidents.
Administer privacy by designing frameworks, tools and policies like data retention and data discovery (using tools like BigID, OneTrust etc.
) Apply and explain anonymization, deidentification, pseudonymization and other privacy preserving techniques to optimize privacy and utility.
Design integrations within Privacy, Cybersecurity and Governance platforms such as Data Catalog/Quality and Intelligence products.
Conduct Privacy by Design and Governance risk assessments, assessing and identifying gaps, evaluating risks, recommending mitigation steps, and monitoring treatments.
Build Privacy and Governance Dashboards, for executives, product managers and application owners that provide a near real time look at the Privacy and Governance health of the organization.
Requirements:
Good understanding of data privacy and data engineering solutions built using Azure products and services:
(Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Event Hub/Service bus, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Databricks, PySpark, logic apps etc.
,) 5 years exposure to software solution development using Agile, DevOps, operating in a product model that includes designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions.

years data analytics experience using SQL.

years of cloud development and data lake experience (prefer Microsoft Azure).
Data Privacy or Cybersecurity related experience Other tools and integrations:
BigID (or any data discovery tools), Alation (or any data catalog tools), Data quality tools/integrations Programming/Scripting:
Strong Python, Spark, Unix, SQL, APIs, Java Data Platforms:
Teradata, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, ADLS, Snowflake, Cassandra Azure Cloud Technologies:
Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Apps, logic apps and Azure Functions Any Cybersecurity or Privacy related trainings or certifications (like CIPT etc.
, preferred) Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
