Sr. Functional Analyst
HiWe have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long term contract position. Sr. Functional AnalystLocation:
Dallas TXNEED LOCALThis role will focus on delivering insights through reports, dashboards, presentations, and ad hoc analyses to support Xome marketing initiatives. This is purely a functional role with someone who has strong background in doing Marketing Campaigns and improving Campaign Performances
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that distill complex data into interpretable insights Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on business opportunities and priorities and deliver insights to stakeholders and senior leadership Consolidate data for reporting and analysis using internal and external data sources. Coordinate data automation initiatives with data engineering team. Investigate and drive resolution of data issues working in collaboration with marketing, engineering, and 3rd party partners. Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for performance improvements. Apply analytical expertise to generate accurate marketing forecasts to support business planning and strategies. Research, audit, and document data analytics and underlying data sources to maintain data integrity and streamline processes. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, Operations, and Marketing to identify new opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive business insights and growth, enhance user experience, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics). 5
years of experience in data analysis, with a strong foundation in statistical and analytical techniques. Expertise in tools like SQL, Excel/VBA, and MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powepoint) Experienced with marketing analytics and platforms, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio and Tableau to present complex data in a simple and engaging manner. Self-starter with ability to build strong relationships across multiple business areas. Highly collaborative and requires minimal coaching from his/her leader to get the job done. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey data-driven stories to different audiences. A curious and analytical mindset, always eager to ask questions and dig deeper into data and stay updated on digital analytics trends, tools, and techniques.
