Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Support:
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing order status updates.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and generating reports.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
