Customer Service Support Representative
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join our teamThe ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional supportThis position offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving company and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure a positive resolution.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.How to Apply:
