Responsibilities:
You'll connect with our customers, developing relationships, and work towards solving any issues and making sure each and every customer is taken care of Schedule service repairs and installations for our customer to ensure their needs are taken care of as quickly as possible Handle and manage multiple conversations, primarily outbound but inbound as well, with customers at any given time
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented position High level of attention to detail and accuracy Service Titan Experience (Preferred but not required) Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances Rescue Air reserves the right to modify, amend, or eliminate spiffs and bonuses at its sole discretion, based on various factors such as financial performance, market conditions, strategic objectives, and other relevant considerations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
