In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Create tracking tickets Assist with client inquires Maintain active communication with both internal and external clients Have a working knowledge of all processes within the company Make calls to taxing jurisdictions requesting data Work in fast paced environment Communicate delays Maintain excellent attendance Research discrepancies Document processing procedures Claims processing Train new employee's Manual bill request processing involving monthly envelope stuffing and document mailing
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Proficient in Internet Explore Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint Ability to type at least 60 wpm Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Strong communication skills - both oral and written At least 5
years experience in file exchange Team-player, customer-centric attitude Requires minimal supervision High School Diploma Associates Degree or 5
years in related field.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
