Job Description:
Vanity Art is based in Texas, with warehouses in Texas, California, and New York.
Vanity Art has been a supplier of vanities and bathtubs to Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowes, Walmart, etc.
for many years.
We are customer-focused, and deadline-driven.
Our work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented.
Vanity Art currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Human Resources administrator.
Responsibilities:
Support plant safety initiatives to drive toward our goal of zero injuries.
Support in plant efforts to be a culture of appreciation.
Process weekly payroll accurately and promptly.
Compile information for payroll, 401(k), and workers' compensation audits.
Maintain accurate employee records, including I-9 documentation.
Assist with HR-related tasks and inquiries.
Manage and administer employee insurance plans.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding process.
Organize and facilitate quarterly meetings.
Assist with employee evaluations and performance management processes.
Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
Qualifications:

experience in HR administration or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Capability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
