com We are searching for a high-energy, dedicated marketing associate to be responsible for supervising and directing a team of both marketing and customer service agents to meet client demands and drive productivity.
Upon conclusion of training on the position, you will be in charge of providing training, guidance, and developmental tactics to help team members reach individual goals and overall team goals.
You will be expected to create a cohesive and synergistic team in order to develop better efficiency and maximize the team's potential.
Ultimately, the ideal candidate should illustrate excellent interpersonal skills to generate quality relationships with team members and consumers.
