MUST have strong hands-on experience administering MS Teams (skills include MS Teams Premium, MS Teams Analytics, A/V Conferencing with MS Teams, PTSN (Public Switched Telephone Network, etc). Candidates MUST be located in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, or Austin preferably. Hybrid Model:
3 days a week remote, 2 days onsite (some flexibility) Competitive salary range of $160-190k w/ bonus of 10-12% or higher. No C2C please. This person will eventually help built out a team of of 3 people including M365 Engineer & Admins as well as stand up a Management Services model (currently using an MSP partner M365 resourcing) Seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams & M365 Platform Lead/Manager specializing in SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Planner, and Streams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS Teams Platform management. Responsibilities include leading the development, management, and support of M365 products (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, Streams, Defender). Day-to-day:
Administers the Firm's M365 collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Streams, Planner, Viva Engage, etc. Manages site and account provisioning, continually improving processes and policies. Collaborates with the Global Assistant Director of M365 Platform and other stakeholders for collective oversight of the M365 ecosystem. Monitors Microsoft's roadmap for M365 upgrades and ensures communication of relevant changes. Ensures compliance with content management policies and works closely with the Security team. Identifies integration points between M365 services and collaborates with technical colleagues for implementation. Utilizes Microsoft admin portal data for optimizing M365 services and fostering a data-driven organization. Provides level three support for functional requests related to M365 collaboration services. Evaluates opportunities for technology improvements and mentors team members as needed. Participates in change management efforts and contributes to the Firm s culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent experience 5
years of M365 product experience. Microsoft Teams platform management:
MS Teams Premium, MS Teams Analytics, A/V Conferencing with MS Teams, PTSN (Public Switched Telephone Network, etc). Prior experience in MS Teams and SharePoint Online administration. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams is required. Holistic knowledge of the M365 Suite. Knowledge of Intapp Workspaces is helpful. PowerShell scripting skills. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven change management skills. Certifications (Nice to have):
M365 certification, such as MS Teams Specialist, SPO Admin, and/or Development.
