years experience production systems operations Working knowledge of ITIL principles Understands technical monitoring and metrics. Sophisticated understanding of enterprising technology Mature understanding of the relationship between software and hardware Knowledge of Clearing and Finance industry Knowledge of Application life cycle and deployment Problem/Incident management experience Responsibilities Analyze and report upon Production capacity CI opportunities. Analyze and report upon Production critical-path processing CI opportunities. Stand-up SWAT s if needed to drive resolution of ongoing Production issues. Identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting Production performance. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, take appropriate corrective actions and/or interact with IT-staff/vendors in performing complex testing, support, and troubleshooting functions. Move between tactical & strategic (i.e. Forecast system demands and recommend upgrades, expansions, and reconfigurations if/when needed) Consult & evangelize for operational best practices. Collaborate across domains (i.e. network, db etc.) to assist with application tuning. Recommended Skills Enterprising Finance Forecasting Itil Incident Management Metrics Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
