IB Associate - Middle Market
Responsibilities:
Facilitating the management of diverse processes such as sell-side M&A, buy-side advisory, and private capital transactions.
Developing financial models, offering memoranda, proposals, and written materials for client meetings related to transactions.
Conducting research and analyses to support the generation of new business.
Coordinating and actively participating in marketing and client meetings IB Associate - Middle Market
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher-level education (preferably within finance, economics, or accounting) 3
years in M&A Middle Market Investment Banking - preferably in Consumer, Industrials, Manufacturing, or Healthcare Services Financial modelling skills including DCFs/LBO models/Merger Models/Bridge Analysis/etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
