You will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction.
This work will ensure clear documentation of all interactions and maintain our high standard of data quality.
In a customer service capacity, you will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests and providing support needed in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person.
Prepare purchase orders for daily receipts and order office supplies.
Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
Ability to keep records of call transactions with strong written skills to clearly document details of calls.
Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
Forward calls and messages to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner.
Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and seeking feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (additional relevant certifications or education is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with other customer service tools.
Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
