As part of our Food Safety and Quality Assurance group, you will be responsible for inspecting food quality and supporting safe food standards.
Activities include completing sensory evaluations on products during manufacturing as well as routine checks on food safety equipment and verifying proper equipment sanitation before start-ups and product change overs.

CHALLENGING yourself to get the JOB DONE RIGHT and to gain skills.
Troubleshoot quality and food safety problems and partner with operations staff to resolve issues.
Collect samples from all finished products produced to run various laboratory and sensory testing according to each product's testing specifications.
Conduct microbiological and chemical tests on finished products/ingredients including but not limited to:
SPC, Coliform, Enterobacter, Yeast/Mold, PH, Brix, Aw, Viscosity Perform environmental pathogen sampling of equipment throughout the facility in accordance with the company's SOPs and government regulations.
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance Your Daily Schedule You will be assigned to the following shift:
1st shift:
5am-1:
30pm What You Have to Offer High School Diploma or GED 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in manufacturing.
Physical Requirement 75% of time:
Standing/Walking/Climbing/Lifting (up to 50lbs)/Pulling and/or Pushing/Grasping with fingers/Reaching with hands and arms/Stooping and Crouching.
