Role DescriptionThe Network Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing our client's global network. Role requires an advanced and deep technical understanding and experience designing and maintaining enterprise networks. This role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to research, evaluate, and propose new and innovative networking technologies to support and align with our client's business needs.Job Functionso Design, implement, and manage/support LAN/WAN/WLAN distributed networkso Create, support, and troubleshoot network security configurations within various Firewall environmentso Support and troubleshoot remote user VPN connectivityo Lead and efficiently manage network related projects o Monitor network performance utilizing various monitoring platformso Plan, build out, and support various components of application delivery through load balancers included by not limited to - certificates, DNS, and virtual serverso Provide Tier 3 network support for service requests and network incidents in a effective and timely mannero Work with InfoSec team to understand, align, and address network security issueso Work with multiple vendors on operational and strategic initiativeso Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to implement new application and technical solutionso Continually research and understand new and emerging networking technologieso Develop and maintain technical network operations and standards documentationo Work with manager and team to understand training needs to continually work on upskillingQualificationso 5
years of enterprise networking design, implementation, and troubleshooting experience o Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP protocols with a proven track record of solving complex connectivity issues related to IP connectivityo Expertise in analytical troubleshooting o Expansive experience using Wireshark to analyze and troubleshoot network issueso Expertise in OSPF/BGP/VRF routing concepts and configurationso Preferred experience with Fortigate and Palo Alto Firewalls, Meraki wireless technology, F5 load balancers, and Cisco Nexus switching.o Experience with private and public cloud networkingo Strong understanding and experience working with network security technologieso Strong written and verbal communication skillso Self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement from a technical and process perspectiveo Strong organizational and project management skillso Proficient in network documentation - building and maintaining topologies, process documents, and standard operating procedures for exampleo Desire to continually upskillo Strongly desire at least one network vendor certification (ex:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
