Responsibilities:
Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, iPads, and network equipment.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of services, including VOIP, SIP, ACD, and Carrier Network, ensuring compliance with defined service level agreements.
Perform installation, administration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of VoIP systems, unified communications, and call centers.
Procure, install, and maintain equipment, such as printers and scanners.
Collaborate with the Network team to address network issues related to VOIP technologies.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Coordinate equipment and network deployment plans with cross-functional teams.
Stage and configure network electronics based on customer requirements.
Physically implement network electronics in customer environments.
Conduct customer assessments, design solutions, and produce technical documentation to support the organization.
Provide Tier 1+/Tier 2 troubleshooting to resolve common issues with VoIP phones and VTC codecs (experience with Nextiva is a plus).
Demonstrate familiarity with various network, data center, and data closet components.
Independently or collaboratively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Interface with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure effective implementation and integration strategies.
Prioritize delivering a high level of customer satisfaction during the solution deployment process.
Inspect the quality of onsite work to ensure success.
Assist with troubleshooting client solutions both on-site and remotely.
Ensure completion of L2 / L3 testing before leaving customer sites.
Requirements:
Possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
Experience with Fortinet FortiGate is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with various technologies such as networking, network services (DHCP, DNS), wireless networking, and network security.
Knowledge of multi-VLAN, Next Generation Firewalls, SD-WAN, Spanning Tree, and wireless networkingCCNA highly preferredProficiency in application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
Working knowledge of VPN/IPsec VPN topology, setup, and troubleshooting.
Capability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels within and outside the IT department and across organizations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
