Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Multitask and quickly, yet thoroughly, serve guests and assemble meals Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, be adaptable, be dependable, and exemplify a strong work ethic Show an ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time (both inside and outside for Front-of-House) and occasionally lift heavy objects (usually no more than 50 lbs).
Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
