Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Assist with scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented position High level of attention to detail and accuracy Service Titan Experience Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances Rescue Air reserves the right to modify, amend, or eliminate spiffs and bonuses at its sole discretion, based on various factors such as financial performance, market conditions, strategic objectives, and other relevant considerations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
