Essential Functions:
Communicate and distribute client checks Maintain client files Maintain and provide customer service by providing a daily report to clients Process billing system checks and check registers Transmit pay files to client banks Maintain client banking for checkbook groups and claims Perform other duties as assigned Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA/PHI guidelines Using Excel to format data files to align with customer expectations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, continued education in accounting, finance or related a plus Detail oriented and organized Solid Excel skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
